If you want us to take over the requests you are getting for references (employment and income information), you can choose from two types of service depending on your company's size and your current HR systems.
With both types of service, you decide how much information you want to provide on your references. We will follow your policy, but we can also advise you on current best practice.
This is ideal for smaller and medium-sized businesses that don't yet have HR computer systems in place.
Each time your company takes on a new employee, your HR team will set up a new WorkPass reference for them and fill in relevant details such as their name, job title, start date and salary. You will need to keep the salary details updated. When an employee leaves, you close their reference and their details will stay safely stored within our system for future reference requests.
If you allow us to charge the companies who ask us for information about your past and present employees, you will receive these services free.
This is perfect for large employers. We can help you set up a secure link between your HR and payroll computer systems and ours, and we will then download regular updates from you about new employees, changes in pay and job title, and employees who have left. Because it's all automatic, once the service is set up, your team won't have to do much.
